? What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced academic degree (PhD, DBA).
• Significant academic and managerial expertise.
• A strong research background with publications.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Uzbek is a plus for local candidates.

• Candidates educated from/ work experience from Scandinavia, EU, UK or Canada will be prioritized
