As Brand Manager, you will leverage deep customer and patient insights within your assigned brand(s) to ensure a patient centric approach in all activities. Based on this knowledge, you develop and execute local brand implementation plans, also in strong cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you also prepare local marketing and promotional brand activities based on the brand strategy and based on launch plans by leading omni-channel, digital and other activities and tactics.
Your responsibilities
Utilize global and local assets and campaigns to develop localized campaigns and materials
Develop multichannel approach to ensure effective implementation of strategies
Manage the local advertising agencies and ensure local sign off of all materials
Work closely with field team to gain customer insights and analyze performance data and market research to drive local activities
Responsible for training sales team on marketing strategy and materials
Managing relationships with local experts in collaboration with Medical, Sales and Market Access
You bring innovative new approaches to the business, you are a self-starter with initiative and strong team collaboration, have proven strategic skills and use local insights to develop strategy and tactical plans. You also have experience from leading cross-functional teams on various initiatives and are an excellent marketer, holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Prior experience from different therapeutic areas is an advantage.
